Idarius, L.M., C.Hom.
Betty Idarius is the co-founder of Full Circle Wellness Resource Center in Ukiah, California. Full Circle functions to support, educate, advocate for, and empower individuals in all areas of physical, mental and emotional well being. Betty practices there as a classical homeopath and process coach. Her background includes 27 years working with pregnant women and their families as a homebirth midwife, counselor, and educator. With a focus on empowering women to trust in their innate abilities to birth and parent wisely, Betty dedicated herself to fostering an experience of birth that was gentle, supportive, and honoring of the sacred. She was one of the pioneers of waterbirth in the U.S. and is featured in the documentary "WATER BABY: Experiences of WaterBirth". Homeopathic medicine presented itself as the perfect ally in her quest of natural health and healing. Betty graduated from the Pacific Academy of Homeopathic Medicine in 1995, and continued her studies with homeopathic masters worldwide. Her special interest has been women aand children's health. She is the author of The Homeopathic Childbirth Manual: A Practical Guide for Labor, Birth, and the Immediate Postpartum Period. In 1983, propelled by her desire to understand the fundamentals of effective healing communication she co-founded with her husband The Oregon Center of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Eugene, Oregon. Together, they worked with John Grinder, one of the originators of NLP, and his trainers, offering certification trainings in NLP, hypnosis using NLP, and modeling. She is certified as a Master Practitioner of the Art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Practitioner of Hypnosis using Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Betty
also has extensive training and experience in rebirthing,
gestalt therapy, bodywork synthesizing Feldenkreis, Alexander
bodywork and Gestalt Therapy, Family Constellation Work
and indigenous wisdom and shamanic practices.
In order to heal the parts of herself that continued to be trapped in suffering, she began working with John Pateros in 2001. In Process Coaching she found the tools needed to Heal to Wholeness, her lifelong dream. In 2003, she was certified as a Process Coach. Now she is teaching and helping others to become their own inner healers.
